I loved this place when Dr. Beverly Goodman owned it, the new staff are not only unfriendly but refused to help me. Under the old management my implants were installed with exclusive material to have the retention buttons installed by a dental office, if they were universal you can replace all four every 3 months for $50.00 they put the others in so they have to do it to keep your denture implants(plates) in at 1k a year right now. Not the new doctors issue, I just wasn’t informed at the time they were installed or that they had to be replaced regularly. If getting implants INSIST on universal they take 5 seconds to change. Anyway these guys refused to send my file and didn’t tell me they were exclusive ( even telling the kind to buy knowing I couldn’t use them) a waste of $90.00 to me intentionally. Three in person visits and multiple calls I got my file after almost 6 months when I threatened to call the state Attorney. I even sent them my neighbor who paid them almost $18,000 dollars just for her bottom teeth, didn’t know they’d bought the business. I needed 5 teeth plucked from my grill. So full disclosure I wasn’t jazzed about the procedure. I was treated with kid gloves and they explained everything to me and answered all my questions and I was treated like a a human being. After the above mentioned procedure I was feeling golden within 24!hrs, no All that said the price was right as well in fact the extractions & partials were about 30% less than my lowest quote. My wife has had nothing but problems with her set for 3yrs, they only warranty them a short time. You would think 1000s of $$$ you would get a great set but nope not happening! If you want long term problems then by all means go here. Oh ya her set is now broke in half. And no she isn't rough on them.

Staff was friendly and the dentist was very understanding and non judgemental. I am very much looking forward to having my procedure done and will update my review after. Update: I had my procedure today. Dentist was absolutely amazing and attentive. He kept checking and asking if I was okay or in any pain (which i wasn't) after I was numb he started. When I tell u I had no idea he pulled my teeth lol. People say u feel pressured but I didnt even feel that. I have severe dental anxiety and I was scared to be awake. It was great. I appreciate the compassion the dentist shows. I highly recommend this place especially if you're on the fence about it... come check them out.
